Stone house, 200m2, on a 5500m2 (1.3 acre) garden with a water spring, 10x5m swimming pool heated between May and October.

The house has 5 large independent bedrooms, including one at ground level, all with a magnificent view over Mont Ventoux. Accomodation overall for 10 persons.

• 4 bedrooms have a double bed 160 or 180 x 200 cm,
• 1 bedroom has 2 simple beds 90x200 cm

3 shower bathrooms, including 1 at ground level, each with a toilet.
550L Solar/gas water heater.
Laundry room with laundering machine and a dryer.
Fully equipped kitchen with 5-burner gas cooker, 1electrical oven, 1 microwave oven, dishwasher, electric fryer.
WiFi / high-speed Internet everywhere in the house, and around the swimming pool. Good cell reception everywhere.

40 m2 Living-dining room with a fireplace.
Next to it, 25m2 TV living room with a cupboard full of toys and boardgames.
Not overlooked house and pool.
2 terraces: 

• a large one on the ground floor, with 2 large teck tables in the shade and a protected barbecue
• the other one upstairs, next to a bedroom, in the East wing

Parking space for 5-6 cars
Clay petanque court, near the swimming pool and its pergola.

Starting point for many hikes, signposted hiking trail 15 mn away.
10km from Buis-les-baronnies (All shops, restaurants, doctors, health centre, cinema, music festival, Provençal market twice a week, sports activities, via ferrata rock climbing, rental of electrically assisted bicycles). 1h15 from Avignon TGV, 1h from Orange TGV station, 25 mins from Vaison La Romaine, 35 mins from Nyons, 1h15 from Mont Ventoux.
